Yemen

Emergency

The children of Yemen are suffering.

Will give emergency food parcels to 3 families. Each parcel provides a displaced family with enough food to get through these difficult days.

The children of Yemen are suffering. Since the beginning of the conflict nearly 10 years ago, at least 100,000 children have been killed or injured — and thousands more recruited to fight.

As you’re reading this, Yemen is actively plagued by one of the world’s largest food crises, with nearly 2.3 million children predicted to experience acute malnutrition by the end of 2021.

These young, innocent children and widowed women are not only struggling to cope with a global pandemic and possible new variants, they are now facing increasing violence and doing whatever possible to make ends meet.

The Yemen Aid team is providing much-needed support to at-risk orphans and widows in Yemen, but we can’t do this without you. Will you join us in our effort to make an impact?

An estimated 1.7 million children in Yemen are currently internally displaced. The damage and closure of schools and hospitals has also disrupted access to education and proper healthcare, leaving children and mothers even more vulnerable.

Let’s stretch our hands and give these children and mothers the basic needs they are lacking — water, nourishing meals, and a safe and secure roof over their heads.

Will give emergency food parcels to 3 families. Each parcel provides a displaced family with enough food to get through these difficult days.

Will sponsor an orphan for an entire year. Give an orphan the chance of a better future by providing education, food and access to better healthcare.

Will provide safe drinking water for 6 families. 97% of water is unfit for human consumption in Palestine. Give clean and safe drinking water to underprivileged families.

Will deliver life-saving medication. Hospitals are seeing an increase in patients as a result of the recent attacks. Give medication and help save lives.

Together, we can provide relief to vulnerable orphan and widow families amidst the ongoing conflict in Yemen.
